「Nice property close to the lake」

「The owners/managers were very nice, approachable, and responsive. The Inn is very clean and very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The beds were comfortable. There are really nice places to eat in nearby Glen Arbor.」

「The inside is updated and nice, as is the outside of the building. The wood door really should be replaced as it lacks security and privacy. The shade covering the door window is ripped and no longer fits so we hung toilet paper on the sides for more privacy. The unit is decorated nicely; maybe an area rug would give it more of a homey/welcoming feeling. Price was excellent. 」

「Very nice management, changed my room for me because I needed accessibility. Clean room. Very quiet. The mattresses are standard hotel mattresses, a bit firm for my personal tastes, but I slept fine. I’d only note that there aren’t enough electrical sockets around the bed to accommodate CPap and all the electronic gizmos we have these days. I will gladly stay there again.」

「Beds were of a lower quality. There was a short supply of coffee. Cobwebs when one adjusted the window shades. A fat spider on the wall. Cobwebs in bathroom. 」

「The room was clean. Right in town, but the bathroom was terrible, if you have any knee issues. The toilet was not ADA approved. It was like a grade school old fashioned toilet.」

「The walls were paper thin but I was just there for one night and it wasn't a problem. About what you would expect for the price. The staff was super friendly and allowed us an early check-in! 」

「If you have tried to get a hotel near Traverse City in any time except the dead of winter you know that the prices for hotels are bananas. I was drawn in by a very reasonable price for a weekend stay but I worried that it would be a stone cold dump. When we arrived we were pretty sure we were getting a dump. The parking lot/exterior/lobby is a bit rough. The room however, was pretty good. Comfortable and spacious. Had all the items that you wanted. We didnt use the pool but the indoor pool...

「My friend and I wanted to get away for the weekend to catch up, so we decided to go with this cabin. It was perfect for what we needed - super cozy, the beds were comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have as far as cleanliness was the amount of dog hair that was on the couch/living area. Otherwise it’s a great location right next to downtown! I would recommend.」

「This property was home to our group of 8 golfers this past weekend. All of the guys really enjoyed the setting. Fishing from the dock. Paddling the kayaks on the Crystal River. Sitting around the campfire. Watching the big TV in the family room. Eating meals in the screened-in porch while overlooking the river. This is an expansive house with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Book it now. You will love it. Communication with the property manager (Dylan) was excellent. Very speedy...
