Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator was not plugged in. We did manage to get it plugged in, but it doesn’t get cold enough. No microwave in room. No coffee in room. Ok for a one night stay.

First time at Spark… definitely will stay again

This was a new Hilton brand for us and we were very happy with the value, comfort and design. There are really convenient storage options that are often missing with other hotel brands. Hooks in main room and bathroom were appreciated. Nice shelving in both rooms too, making storage of clothes and toiletries easy. Comfortable bed, great shower and clean room. Continental breakfast included boiled eggs, bagels, hot oatmeal and several fruit options. Coffee available 24/7. We will definitely stay at a Spark hotel again.

New hotel so very clean. Staff very polite. Breakfast is typical; nothing fancy but will do the job to get you going. Coffee was decent. My only complaint was the gym: there wasnt one. Apparently the property is new and gym wont be available/installed for ? 6mthns. The expedia liating didn't mention this and there ia no sign or message on checkin. Maybe i am making a big deal but a work out in the AM is important to me when travelling. to find out when i am dressed and ready to work out thay no gym is available is unacceptable to me. Otherwise the property is good and recommended.

Quiet not noisy traffic Clean rooms and comfortable beds Good WiFi When booked the hotel advertised a pool and hot tub When checked reservation day before check in the pool and hot tub were not listed as amenities I called twice to find out what happened and got an answering program. I l.eft my name and number and got no call back No adjustment made in the rate either for not having the amenities, obvious repairs needed as the pool and tub were drained

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and decorated well. Unfortunately someone who stayed in the room prior to us must have been ill and vomited. There was splashed vomit on the wall next to and behind the toilet. This was off putting. The rest of the room and vanity were clean.
