"Great location and great unit for four people. Never been to Springfield and the location was perfect and easy to get to and from everywhere we needed whether we drove or walked. There are a lot of steps to the unit but the view is absolutely worth it. Property Manager was very responsive and the unit was clean. We will be back next year for the yearly event we attend."

"Beautiful historical property with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Lovely place! My brother and I stayed just one night after a local family wedding. The bedrooms were both spacious and bedding comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee in the living room. There is also a full dining room available. Hosts communicated mostly via text and were very friendly and personable. "

"Location is great, close to everything we wanted to do. House was clean and as described. Bathrooms are like a jack in jill style, one toilet off common area and other off master bed room which lead to a shared tub/shower. We really liked this with details noting only one full bath. Use of the garage was nice also. Neighbor was very quiet. We also tripped on the rug under the dining room table many times. Thank you, we had a great stay"

"The Girard house is a beautiful home decorated with nostalgia from the Route 66 days. Quiet peaceful setting. The home had everything we needed except a washer/dryer. The ice cream shop just a couple blocks away offered 50 amazing flavors of ice cream!! We highly recommend this house for anyone traveling through the area!"

Driveway fits two cars, with street parking available for more. Owner very responsive to questions. Cons: Needs better attention to cleaning (windowsills were very dirty throughout, air exchange vents were either super dirty or rusted); Could use a table and/or luggage racks in bedrooms.
