“We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so close everything and it was very convenient. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, private movie theater, and the gym at Central Lofts. We walked around town and did some shopping, enjoyed dinner, hit the ice cream parlor, and even had a blast at the arcade. We couldn’t have asked for better weather at the beach during our trip. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to South Haven.Pros: Plenty of space, comfortable beds,……

“We had the most amazing stay at this Saugatuck gem! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water and just a short walk to everything the town has to offer. The home was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, fast, and helpful throughout our stay. “We had a great stay with this condo in downtown South Haven. Communication and check in was super easy. Once we parked our car, we never had to drive it again, all the restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Condo at all the amenities needed for a beach stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Street Retreat so much that we are all ready planning another one. The condo was warm and well decorated. It supplied everything we needed. The elevator was a nice plus at the end of a long day. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Oh and did I mention Monica. She is an outstanding property owner/contact. Plus- they have a gift basket of treats! We will be back for sure. ”

“Very easy! Loved the “no instructions” instructions for check out! Amazing location for walking to local places and also easy to get around the area. Dune rides and Nelis’ Dutch park in Holland were highlights for our 4, 5 and 6 year olds!Great response from owner when I couldn’t find something! “This wonderful home away from home was close to supermarket and shopping center and several places we needed to get to, and conveniently located between town and bypass to be able to access major roads.House was clean, really beautifully decorated and the roomy design was wonderful.Due to time we did not get a chance to use the outside fire pit but it was something we had really wanted to do.The hosts were a wonderful family - while they lived on the property we had our privacy and yet they……

“We really enjoyed the location - a 10 min walk to downtown Saugatuck. The weather was great so we appreciated the outdoor seating, including a few plants. The place was cozy but fine for a couple and 2 adult children. We were in town for the 1/2 marathon so we were out and about. Also nice to have 2 parking spots. Melanie was highly responsive to my few questions but everything went smoothly so I didn’t need to reach out to her much. We would stay again on our next trip to Saugatuck. Thank you!”
