“We had an excellent week long stay. The place had great views of Lake Wakatipu and is walking distance to town (albeit a bit uphill coming back). A few dings here and there but very clean, comfortable and not noisy, kitchen was more than adequate to cook daily meals for a family of 6. Beds were adequate and comfortable. Washer and dryer is great, detergent provided for. No appliance were noted to be out of order. Ample private parking for 2 cars. The best part was the hospitality, Element……

“We had a lovely stay it was nice and warm. The kitchen was great and worked well. We couldnt find any where for our ski boots and wet gear but I suppose we could have used the drier and made it work. One of the single beds was a bit to long and wouldnt allow the door to close so we put it on a angle to make it work. Overall a great stay and would recommend it”

“Property location is very good. Inside the house, we can see the lake view. The pantry equipments are also good enough for our use. All the furniture and equipments are high qualities. Although the car park location is not easy to park, the landlord provide a picture let us know how to parking, it is very helpful.

“The unit has a great location and an excellent view. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but you cant win them all with beds. Also, the unit is a downstairs unit, so the occasional noise from the neighbors happened. Neither the bed or doenstairs were a problem though. Just info for future guests. Overall, the spot was great, and id stay there again. ”

“选择这间酒店作为我目的地婚礼使用的酒店是经过一番选择的，但实际住宿体验并不很满意。最大的问题在于热水供应。在我们没有做饭洗衣服使用热水，仅使用了一次洗碗机的情况下，当晚我们6个人入住，我是第四个洗澡，洗到一半突然没有了热水。第二天是我的婚礼，我不得不用冷水冲走泡沫，而我的老公当晚没有热水洗澡。而由于晚上8点后，客服电话就不会再有人接听，我们没办法得到任何帮助。虽然第二天客服很快回复说热水系统正常，可能我们白天用热水太多，但我们觉得难以接受。这间酒店注意事项很多，我们尽力遵守每一条，但一本书的注意事项，都不能提醒一下热水的使用问题吗？如果酒店可以允许6人入住，但一使用任何热水，就不够洗澡，我觉得非常不合理。在之后的几天，我们几乎不敢在洗澡以外的时候使用任何热水。”
