“There was an awful odor. I could not sleep all night for someone banging on something with possibly the work or construction crew. How many other people complain about the terrible noise all night till about 330 am”

“Was not a pleasant stay at all. For the price of our room for one night it was a rather horrible stay. Our first room had the bathtub covered in rust, so we were then moved to the only room they had left that the AC was not working in, we were told we could open the window and it would cool down but the window wouldn't open even if I wanted to, there was another guest whose AC wasn't working either. The breakfast "hot" food had no taste and was poor for the cost. Just all around not a pleasant……

“I was disappointed by the lack of communication and housekeeping. At check-in, I was not told that room cleaning was not provided daily, which was unexpected since I am not from the area. I also was not given the Wi-Fi password, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Additionally, the window curtain would not roll down properly, which affected privacy and comfort. When I requested housekeeping on the third day, the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made and towels replaced, but……

“The hotel has a western feel. Maintenance could be better. The elevator stuck a couple times. The key card for our room had to be replaced 6 times during our stay. The pool is fun. The laundry room was great. The staff was friendly. It is dog friendly but the dog area is very small.”

“We opened up the windows to see they haven’t been cleaned for months. The air vent next to the bed was shooting out black dust on the clean bed. And the mattresses were heavily outdated. But the chocolate muffins at breakfast were to kill for!”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Hair dryer should be replaced in room 118. It barely blew air that was barely warm. Mattresses should be replaced. They are not horrible but both have a bow in the middle. I would stay here again.”

“What a surprise stay! Did not expect such a lovely lobby and hotel in general. Feels like you’re stuck in the 50s but with a TV. Thanks to the staff, bar and quietness.”
