Perfect spot for a girls getaway. Nice location in town, walking distance to restaurants, shops and hot springs. Loved drinking coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and would come back. The property is well maintained, clean. And comfortable. You are around the corner to some fabulous restaurants and bars and of course the hot springs!

We love that many of the good restaurants are close by & Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a short bus ride. We already have plans to return in June. It's great having a legal place to cconsume

3 Day Get Away
The loft is a great place to spend a few days. It is centrally located in GS. Perfect for a walk to restaurants and shops. The outside space is perfect for sitting and having a drink/smoke and unwind.

We LOVED this loft. A perfect location and so cute and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Walking distance to lots of shops , restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this place the only downfall would be I think the place smells like cigarettes but I guess that's what you get when you book a smoke friendly place. We would come back to stay here and the owners were very accommodating.

420 Patio Perfect!
This was a cute place right downtown. The patio was awesome. Walk to restaurants, shops, park, hot springs and not to far of a walk to the gondola to go up to the amusement park. We had a great time and was left with a little gift when we arrived. 24 hour parking was also a few blocks away too but a lot next to the building for short term parking to unload. Perfect spot for staying in Glenwood. The host was very nice and responds to messages quickly. 😁😁😁

First of all - Great location! The parking was a concern in the beginning. However, I spoke to a parking ticket officer who happened to be in the area. She said that overnight or long-term parking behind "Smoke" (which is also right to the "Slope & Hatch") is absolutely fine.

Great Apartment in Glenwood Springs
For those seeking a great apartment near the downtown area of Glenwood Springs, this is a great choice. Fully appointed with a really cool 2nd floor patio overlooking the Colorado River!

Great location. 420 friendly but needs work.
The location was great and being 420 friendly was the main reason we stayed here. The owner gave a free joint so that was a nice surprise. We had a few issues however, the shower rod fell down, the water in the shower dripped all day and night. (Thank god for ear plugs.) The bathroom door doesn’t lock so there wasn’t privacy. The front door doesn’t have a curtain but it would’ve been nice for added privacy and to keep the room a little darker. There was pee on the back of the toilet. (Not from us.) lastly the fireplace cover fell off while we attempted to turn it on. Everything being in walking distance was a great feature for sure, if these things were adjusted/fixed we would consider coming again. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it was just a little overpriced for what you get. Thanks

This loft is in an excellent location if you want to be in downtown Glenwood Springs within walking distance to the Hot Springs, lots of food and bars, and shopping. We arrived on one of the hottest days there in ages and had an issue with the air conditioning leaking lots of water. All of this was resolved with a call to the property manager and we were good to go. An issue of safety that would be an easy fix is to put a lock on the door to the loft from the patio that matches the code to the door on the street. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if coming to Glenwood Springs area.

First, our host was fantastic at responding quickly! The room was awesome with beautiful, contemporary styling. We loved all the special touches! The double shower was super fantastic and we enjoyed it tremendously! The provided shower amenities (hair/body products) were really great, too! We also loved the patio area! Yes, there were traffic noises, but the privacy of the patio area (mostly hidden from view) was excellent. It was so great being walking distance to almost everything! We absolutely loved the place and hope to return some day!!! We highly recommend The Loft!

Awesome space for trip to Glenwood Springs
We had a great time in Glenwood Springs at the 420 Loft. Perfect location for walking to the shops and restaurants. Slope and Hatch was delicious for tacos, Daily Bread great breakfast. Loved the bath products-. Only comment (not a complaint) the bed is a queen Murphy bed so on the small side and there is a lot of construction on the street outside the unit. We were there over the weekend so didn’t bother us, but was noisy on Monday when we were checking out. Loved the train coming by a few times- fun to sit on the deck and wave to the passengers! Katie was a great host and the condo was super clean. Highly recommend Iron Mtn Hot Springs

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great time. It was so nice being downtown within walking distance to everything. We had a blast walking back and forth from the vapor caves and enjoying the patio. The bed was comfortable and the robes, blankets, and towels were all very soft. All the comforts of home.

We arrived early evening after driving in from Denver. We were welcomed by a crisply clean loft apt and a neatly rolled joint in the ashtray on the high top table. Now that’s a great welcome!! The balcony was lovely and private, and huge. And the location can’t be beat!! We have come to Glenwood Springs now for years on short visits and we have always enjoyed it, but this time was the best because of this lovely 420 loft. We will be back. Z & J

Perfect loft located near many restaurants/shopping. The ambiance of the loft really hit the spot!
This loft is immaculate! The layout, the location, the amenities. Perfect little getaway for our anniversary! Communication with the owner was responded promptly. The layout has a double shower, a great use of space with barn doors to close off the bedroom, or be open to really open the area up. Location real close proximity to multiple restaurants.

The location of the 420 loft is perfect. It is in close proximity to hot spring pools and great food. I am very picky about cleanliness but the 420 loft was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
