We had a group of six stay four five nights! Perfect setup for entertaining and enjoying all there is to do out in the Glenwood area! Will stay again next time we are in the area!

Fantastic responsive host

Kenny was terrific- responded to a concern about AC late in the evening and the problem was taken care of the next day, great communication. Additionally, the kitchen is really well stocked for making family meals! Such a great location too

Perfect Home for an Amazing Family Reunion

We couldn't have been happier staying at this property for a family reunion. It had everything we needed, the hosts were very responsive, and the location was perfect for all of our activities. Bennett house

Overall it was a good place to stay. The one thing that me & the people that came along would say is a down fall is that there is someone that lives on top of the garage. I didn't see that in the booking description, if i did see it i definitely would have booked some other place. I didn't find out about this until a few days before the start of our trip when there is basically no time to make other plans or get my money back. Other then that major thing the house was great when it comes to size & function. Could use a tv on the main floor. Outdoor space was nice. Good thing there is parking in the back & the garage is available because there is basically no street parking available in front of the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to everything. Everyone enjoyed the trip. Would be perfect if it wasn't for a person leaving above the garage. She was friendly enough just not what i expected after paying what i paid.

Dream Haven

Our entire experience was excellent. The space was comfortable. We had 7 adults and 7 kids (under 13). We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked, the pantry size, plus communal items in the pantry were so helpful (ie: sandwich bags, spices, napkins). Sometimes you’ll find owners that skimp a little on the extras but not at this house. Plenty of trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent. It was very accommodating. Kenny was extremely responsive every time I had a question…we’re talking minutes and he would have already responded. The door code wasn’t reset when we checked in (early) but because the owners were so fast to respond, it wasn’t an issue at all. (Nor should it have been since we were the ones who hoped to get in earlier than expected). There was an extra sled provided in the garage so we used that, along with ours, to have a sledding afternoon. Easy parking, no issues finding space. We do prefer our beds to be a bit more firm but that’s just a personal preference. Bunk bed mattresses were a little loud when tossing and turning at night. After night one, I let my husband and 2 girls have that room and I slept on the comfy couch on the main floor. Fireplace was great and kept that room toasty. The rounded table was a great “game table” and the long table was so perfect for meals. I can’t think of a legitimate complaint! The town itself and Sunlight Mountain are also fabulous. Iron Mountain Hot Springs was a treat! We really enjoyed our family ski trip to Glenwood Springs and would love to stay here again if it’s available. Thank you Super Awesome Properties! Wonderful Property

We booked this property mainly for its great location and the game room, which was a big draw for our family. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with its condition. The air hockey table is very worn — the fan turns on but doesn’t produce air, the buttons don’t work, and the ends are so damaged that pucks constantly get stuck. The foosball table is also worn, with one of the blue players missing its legs. The kids tried to play but quickly lost interest. For the cost of the rental, we expected better upkeep or at least accurate, updated photos.Another concern is that the listing doesn’t disclose someone lives above the garage you’re allowed to park in. There’s a keycode-locked door in the upstairs hallway that likely connects to that space. This was only mentioned in the check-in instructions—well after the cancellation window. The lack of transparency made us uncomfortable. It also felt awkward, as we saw the residents upon arrival and weren’t sure how much privacy we actually had. We felt hesitant to use the garage, spend time outside, or even make normal household noise.A TV on the main floor would also be helpful, as not everyone wanted to hang out in the basement. On a positive note, the host was responsive, toiletries were well-stocked, and the location was convenient. That said, we would not have booked knowing a private residence was connected to the garage or that the game room was so worn. I tried to upload photos, but the app wouldn’t allow it.

Great family accomodations

We stayed at the Bennett House in January, 2025. There were enough beds for seven people very comfortably and lots of room for meals and entertainment. We really enjoyed the movie room and game room - lots of rousing air hockey and foosball action! We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great Stay!

Had a get together with some friends at the house and the basement was ideal! Had all the games and had two nice large TVs that we were able to watch and play on! Walking distance to main street and downtown and the property was nice and clean! Great location and great amenities. Would and will stay again!

Relaxing fall season stay
