A private dock extends into the sound, complete with a boat lift that can accommodate boats up to 22 feet, making this an excellent choice for boaters, fishers, and water enthusiasts. Guests often enjoy the unique experience of watching marine life, with the potential to spot dolphins gliding through the sound right from the property.
Inside, the home offers generous living spaces with plenty of counter space in the kitchen, ideal for meal prep and group gatherings. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Additional bedrooms are well-appointed to accommodate guests with ease.
For indoor entertainment, Dolphin Lookout includes a pool table, providing hours of fun after a day on the water. 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed


WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

OTHER NOTES:
-There are (2) security cameras on the property- one faces the boat lift and the other faces the driveway
-Lift can accommodate 22' boat
-Pets should be leashed at all times when outside
-Fireplace is for decoration only
-High Tide is 4ft
-Low Tide is 2ft 8 inches
-Guest boat lift is on the right side of the dock if you are facing the water from the house
