「The staff at the property were very helpful and kind to my 1 year old. Many staff members went out of their way to say hello to him. The property was clean and the filtered water stations were a nice perk. 」

「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

The continental breakfast was very nice. John the owner was very attentive and kind. Thanks for the lovely stay.」

However, the woman at the front desk on Sunday was not helpful. I didn’t seem to know what was going on.
