“The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and respectful with great manners. A few minor issue's were the room door didn't lock, the hot water didn't work, and management need's better organization with check in process. ”

“I was told when i went there i was booking for a standard room n i asked if it included breakfast the guy said yes. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. We asked for standard room n i booked that but some how the guy gave us a suite i didn't know there was nothing special about it to tell. They started harassing me about Expedia and that i didnt pay the bill. I had to contact Expedia. Remind you if they were having……

“Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work. They have no WiFi so you can’t access the internet. I booked on Expedia and paid for my stay upfront. After checking in, the front clerk called about 30 minutes later to tell me they couldn’t find any record indicating that I had paid for my accommodation. I went downstairs to prove that I already paid through online and had showed him……

“Mosquitoes all over the room. The walls have mosquito bloods all over. It appears people tried to manually kill mosquitoes by hitting them against the walls, leaving mosquitoes stains on walls. No internet connection”

“The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz”
