"We were greeted with a kind knowledge staff member who was compassionate to the fact we were tired and disoriented in a new country. The room was heaven with a great view of the Matterhorn from our spacious balcony.. The bed was so comfortable. There was plenty of room for our luggage and clothes. Tbe bathroom seemed newly remodeled with a large vanity and nice walk in shower. The breakfast buffet was a treat! There was a variety of local breads and cheeses that we don't see much in America....
