This magnificent backdrop has been featured in a major national magazine and is even better when seen in person! Relax in the huge spa, which allows you to luxuriate on the outdoor deck, while soaking in the breathtaking Surfers Paradise skyline views - a spectacle you rarely get to see! Inside, experience fully airconditioned comfort throughout this fabulous family 4 bedroom home.
The fantastic location of this property, combined with the absolutely stunning views, make this an extremely popular getaway venue. Walk a few hundred metres over the Chevron Island bridge directly into the heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach....or turn left and check out the shops and restaurants on Chevron Island itself. The main river location means you will see dolphins leaping, catch fish and mud crabs, and delight in the gorgeous skyline from your back deck.
Whole house.
You will be met at the property and given a tour of the property as well as the keys. Check in staff will be available via phone 24 hours during your stay should there be any problems or if you would just like some local knowledge.
Walk into Surfers Paradise where you can easily catch the GLink tram which runs from Southport through to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Star Casino and The Gold Coast Convention Centre.
Buses are easily accessible also and run daily to all the theme parks.
Taxis and Ubers.
You could really stay without a car if you wished...everything is in handy walking distance.
Secure off-street parking is provided for those who choose to drive to Surfers or rent a car while visiting. Please note parking is for one car. The whole of Chevron Island has a 3 hour parking limit on all streets Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any extra vehicles will need to be moved every 3 hours during these times but can be parked freely all night and all weekend.
Government approved Photo ID must be sighted upon check-in
NO RECENT SCHOOL LEAVERS, SCHOOLIES, BUCKS, HENS, WEDDINGS OR ANY PARTIES
**In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTIONS policy. As this property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am. ** NO SCHOOLIES
A starter pack of guest amenities is supplied to see you through your first night, this gives you time to complete your grocery shopping for the items you prefer to use.
