Located on the Surfers Paradise beachfront, two buildings to the north of Jewel and The Langham Hotel.

Remodel now and complete and wow you will love it here. New throughout.

New Air conditioning in bedrooms. Living room enjoys flow through beach breezes (no air con in living).

Zip Tap, quality furnishing and decor, beachfront location with free parking. 2 metre height limit.

Somewhere we've never been before, The Penthouses 12 is a truly unique, beachfront abode that the family will absolutely love.

Air conditioning ducted in the bedrooms. The living area enjoys the ocean breezes (only) - No AC.

Awesome place to be, waking up to the sound of the waves was a blessing...Romantic sunrises and sunsets, from the lounge, kitchen and balcony were truely a sight to see...The appartment was awesome and exactly what we needed...The kitchen was very accomodating...It had everything we needed for dinning in...The rooms were very accomodating aswell...I loved that there were extras we could use also, like tennis rackets, sun hats, umbrellas as such, that was a bonus...But it was an awesome appartment and i feel, appropriately price for duration we were there...I highly reccomend this appartment to others...
