「这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。真的是用心在经营。下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。」

「Séjour sans fausse note ! L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, possibilité d’aller au Waterfront, le centre ou dans Bo-Kaaba à pied, restaurants tout autour, le personnel est vraiment très très accueillant et la chambre 3 avec la terrasse vue sur la Table Mountain était parfaite. Je recommande vivement !」
