Dirty mirror with smudged hand prints, broken closet door, peeling wallpaper, holes in the wall, no towel racks, hair in bathroom. Trash outside the door. Old ragged carpet. Awful place. Toilet so low it looked like it belonged in a kindergarten . Should be updated and remodeled. Location lovely ...

Overall, the place was not bad. The main thing was that the building really, really needed some upkeep, meaning a lot of dry rodt everything old, the texture in the bathroom was cracking. So major renovations are needed. The location was very nice close to the freeway. Very safe and comfortable. ...
