「The hotel is a little dimmer and older than the pictures shown on the website. People here are nice. The facilities is good, it offer hot tub for tired tourists. What I love the most is that there is a TV in the bathroom XD. 」

「property manager said we had old rental agreement from Expedia & thus check in was 5pm instead of 4pm. also check out was now 10am instead of 11am. When traveling with young children, that was really annoying and inconvenient. Upon being pushed, they did agree to early check in without penalty, but wouldn't budge on check out. Also, for 1st time in any place, I stayed, they wanted you to run dishwasher and then empty & put dishes away. With 10am leave, it meant having to hand clean up breakfast...

「Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.」
