Family gathering

It’s a nice property in good condition. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to get to. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Very convenient in that each group had its own full bath.

Great Place!

This house was perfect for what we were needing. Great outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sun, quiet neighborhood, and easy to get into Santa Barbara!

Nicely decorated home with 4 bedrooms and beautiful private yard

The house is nicely decorated and with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is spacious for up to 8 people. It is a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. The back yard is beautiful and private, with plenty of seating. Overall a very nice place!

Family trip

The property is great. Adorable back yard. Quiet. Lots of parking. It's definitely a little remote but everything you need is a short drive away. Would stay there again for sure

Perfect House for our family

Clean and comfortable home outside of Santa Barbara

This four bedroom home is located about a 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara and a couple minutes from good trails and golf overlooking the beach. The rooms were spacious with a well appointed kitchen and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. A good outdoor space with large table was an added plus!

Perfect for us!

This house has everything you could need. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room to hang out, a good kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and a nice yard. We had 3 adults, a baby and a dog and would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood was nice to walk around and it’s an easy drive to anything you might need.

Mini-reunion

We were able to get together as a family, since our kids are spread out across the country. The house made it very easy to hang out at will instead of trying to meet in a hotel room or a restaurant. More than enough space in a quiet neighborhood convenient to getting around.

Casual Goleta

Quiet residential area made for a great space to gather friends from undergrad for a relaxing weekend in Santa Barbara. Front door is a bit awkward but otherwise a great space. Smaller than anticipated but still offered plenty of sleeping and seating space.

Great, spacious place for a family with little ones.

This is a great rental for families. The entire place was well kept and clean. We didn't use the kitchen to cook but it seemed to have everything you might need. One thing to note is that there is no A/C, which I missed in the property description and may have passed on renting because of it, but they provide plenty of fans so you can cool down the house in the evenings. Location for us was great, and it's in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us! Well equipped kitchen! Spent outside of time eating and playing cards at the outside table. Coming from Texas we enjoyed the much cooler weather. 75-80 instead of the 100 plus back at home! Only issue cell service wasn't great but that wouldn't be their fault!

Clean, Cozy, and Comfortable

This very nice and clean property with close proximity to Santa Barbara allows us to enjoy a long weekend with friends after being away from each other for 2 years through the pandemic. Quiet neighborhood. The check in/out process as communicated via email and text was efficient and convenience. Overall, a great stay. Only quirky thing is 2 bathrooms that can only be accessed via Master Bedroom.

The house was very stocked, high chair, kids chairs etc. Kitchen stocked well. Really the only issue we had was the AC did not work very well, in the summer this would have been a major issue and the review would have been a 1 star. The response I received from Vecassa was not very encouraging, basically AC is not included in your agreement. Luckily it was October and it was not that hot, they did have fans and we had to sleep with them a few nights. I would stay here again but if in summer make sure AC is working correctly.

Goleta Getaway

Overall, the house was clean and met our needs for a family weekend. We rented this house because it had 4 bathrooms. It should be more clearly stated that two of those bathrooms are in the master. It was an interesting layout. But, it worked for us. Also, the kitchen could be a little better stocked with spices, oils, etc. Otherwise, it was a nice house that suited our needs.

A lovely place for a family gathering

We had a great time getting together for a family members’s wedding. Everything in the space was clean and perfect. Well stocked utensils and appliances in the kitchen and spacious enough for us to all feel comfortable and not cramped. Back patio was a beautiful place for gathering over a meal. We only had one small issue of the hot water not working in the master suite, but once I contacted them about it, it was resolved within the hour! I was impressed with their timeliness and communication. No complaints here, we had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well maintained and in a wonderful location. It served us well with the many bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable living room space for gathering. We even made good use the patio and outdoor grilling and dining available. Negatives for the property were the water pressure which was low and inconsistent and not having a sheltered carport available. All in all a very good stay.

Family graduation trip

This property was perfectly located near my sisters house in Goleta. While the property had some wear and tear (stains and tear on kitchen floor and bathroom flooring) it was clean, beds were comfortable, backyard was private and nice, plenty of space for eating and hanging out! I do think the extra fees on this property are quite misleading. Both VRBO and Vacasa charge over $300 each in booking fees, plus cleaning, a parking fee (?) even though the house has a driveway to park in, as well as other unexplained fees aside from taxes. Overall, I would stay in this property again due to the convenient location near family. However, I will be more attentive in comparing the extra fees associated with renting this property versus others.

Comfy Stay

The rooms were very comfortable, and so was the living room. Backyard had 2 patio areas that were very cute and great for all of us to sit around and enjoy our time there. The house’s kitchen was fully equipped — but lacked in paper towels for 8 people on a 3 night stay. Bathrooms only had 2 toilet paper rolls each, which I feel needs more (I guess depending on stay). Staff was very good at communicating and helping us with our needs. The biggest room has 2 bathrooms that are oddly plotted on the floor plan and the sink in the also laundry/bathroom in there — leaks a little.
