「The property was nice over all. Very convenient to stores and our activities-Our one suggestion is instructions to the TV’s.. 9 gadets and we couldn’t get any of them to work… you might want to label them and provide instructions Thank you」

「The house was nice and clean and close to stores and restaurants.」

「Great stay!」

「Beautiful area. Had some bumps but the host responded quickly. The price was a bit high but really enjoyed the yard and fire pit in the evenings. Definitely needed the fans in the house .」

「Great location for us. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Totally functional place and met our needs.」

「Courteous and helpful hosts. Spacious, comfortable furniture. Large bathroom, convenient kitchenette. Beautiful and relaxing patio. Numerous amenities included making for a delightful stay.」

「Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and laundry a big plus. Clean unit. We had a pleasant stay.」

「Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

「We stayed in the house for 2 nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Eling Park. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for easy walks to access the sandy shores and ocean of Ledbetter Beach. There was an ironing board, iron and steamer which were all helpful in getting our wedding outfits ready. We were also appreciative that there were 2 well stocked bathrooms and plenty of towels. The property has many fruit trees and a tropical feeling to it. Although we didn't have young children with...

「Great location and good space for a group of travelers.」

「This rental had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Walkable to Summerland restaurants and the beach.」

「The property was adequate for a gals trip, conveniently located to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Furnishings a bit dated and dark. We didn’t spend much time there, as we were exploring. A great price for a 4 bedroom.」

「We had a lovely stay! Great house in a sweet neighborhood steps away from Douglas park. Comfy beds, very clean. Thank you!」

「This place was so cute! Loved the character of the place, loved having a full kitchen to cook meals, and loved that the place was dog friendly- with the private patio. The service from the property manager was top notch- incredibly kind and responsive. One thing I wish I would have known was that while it is very close to things, if you want to walk it involves a bike lane along a two lane highway that runs parallel to the freeway. I didn't feel that safe walking along that highway, so in...

「The cottage offered plenty of room for two adults and a dog. We really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard - the fire pit was nice as was the hot tub. Plus a parking spot! The neighborhood is quiet and not within walking distance to restaurants or bars which we felt was more relaxing. Would definitely stay again.」

「Great location, near airport, 15 minutes to downtown, Stearns Warf and other places of interest in Santa Barbara. Easy in and out access, house was very useful for long weekend visit to attend a family wedding in Santa Barbara. Very comfortable setting and well appointed decor. Kitchen (with some ants) Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Communications with property manager was good.」

「The home was beautiful and well maintained, full of amenities and everything you’d need on your stay. Unfortunately though, it is not suited as a landing base for a family trip. We used this beautiful space to get ready for our wedding as my husband and I have large immediate families and lots of moving parts but it’s best to spend the extra money and use a hotel where you have more flexibility with strict host rules even though you’d compromise on space. On our wedding night, some guests used...

「This property is perfect to explore Santa Barbara and kept up with excellence! The home is beautiful and stocked with so many extras to make a great stay! The location is perfect to the downtown and beaches! There is an awesome breeze that blows through the house, so keep the windows open! We did not choose to spend days on the closest beach, but found the Stearns Wharf beach to be the cleanest (from seaweed) and open beach area. And Stearns Wharf pier had fun shops and restaurants! We did spend...
