"The Property is kept clean in appearance and staff is friendly and helpful. Sydney and Jaime were quick to respond with concerns and addressed all issues. Special shout out to Sydney who returned my text messages to respond to questions during my stay. Areas That Need Attention Gate to the outside bar and pool area The gate no longer closes automatically when exiting. The closing spring appears worn or loose, which creates a security gap and should be repaired. Double doors leading outside from the back of the hotel These doors no longer require card‑key access. This presents a significant safety concern for guests and should be restored to controlled access. Pool lounge chairs Several chairs are worn or broken and need replacement to maintain comfort and safety in the pool area. Pool rim condition There are multiple cracks forming along the pool rim. These may develop into safety hazards if not repaired soon."
