“All good but need a bigger table”

“The checkin process was pretty smooth. Rooms are better in person than pictures. They are clean and super cute. We were able to view the city and part of the ocean from our room. The view is beautiful.”

“We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.”

“the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty.”

“The door’s lock is broken. Poor communication and this is just studio. We asked about the broken lock and they ignore the issue. We ended up renting another hotel room to stay overnight, come back to this property to return their key in the next day”

“It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. It’s better to have the room well maintained and equiped to make it on par for a 4star listing and may charge more. Listing needs to be……

“Room is not clean, the washing machine is dirty, I have to clean it before using. The check-in girl on the phone was fine but the girls that took our family to the room were so rude. The management is not professional. They didn't guide us how to use the pool, gym room, people there did not let us use it but they were listed on booking. The elevator is terrible. The biggest disappointment was they did not give us the room we booked. I had booked one week before our vacation for the whole family……
