Costa Smeralda Holiday Apartment T16

Large apartment with sea views and 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a well-kept complex near the town of Golfo Aranci on the Costa Smeralda. Here you can spend carefree holidays with the whole family. The apartment has a great living terrace (25m2) with sea view and fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area. Inside you will find another dining area, a living area with TV (satellite), a kitchenette with a dishwasher. An open staircase leads to the night area of ​​the apartment. There is a practical cot for the smallest guests, as well as a double sofa bed if required. A glass front allows daylight in the beautiful master bedroom. Furthermore, this apartment offers another double room with air conditioning and closet, 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet and a room with 2 single beds (these bedrooms are without daylight). A laundry room with washing machine, toilet and large sink is also available. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, but only one bedroom has daylight.

The apartment can be rented together with the neighboring apartment (T15). In this case, groups of up to 10 adults can vacation together on the Costa Smeralda. Both apartments can be connected via the terrace.

You will find enough parking spaces in the facility.

You can easily walk to the beach and the nearest ferry to the mainland (Livorno, Genova, Rome) is less than 10 minutes away in Golfo Aranci.

In the immediate vicinity of the property you will find several beautiful white sandy beaches, as well as boat rentals and other services.

Golfo Aranci is the nearest town and offers everything you could need for your vacation. Supermarket, pharmacy, medical service, cafes, restaurants, ferry port, rental car service providers, etc.

Nice stay - Great location

My family and I had a lovely stay because of the location - it was an amazing location because it was very central and great view, the only complaint is its very dirty place and the check in process is not very clear.
