Dear Family,
a warm welcome to Golling.
Thank you for your interest in our house.

We are happy to reserve for you our hunting lodge in trendy style with a direct view of the mountains.
A beautiful large sunny garden with lounge furniture and open barbecue area.
The price for this house starts at Euro 290 to 490 Euro a day for the whole family up to 8 people.
The price depends on the season in which you want to book.
The price includes everything: laundry, taxes and community taxes.
A welcome gugelhupf and a bottle of Prosecco awaits you.


If you are a larger group than 10 people, I can in our apartment house right next to it,
to offer more apartments.

The family friendly, cozy, comfortable trendy hunting lodge is equipped with a very large kitchen with dishwasher,
Microwave, coffee and tea machine, electric stove with oven and much more. To the open kitchen comes her dining room with flat screen TV.
A generous living room makes you come to relax after a day in Salzburger Land.
The open fireplace gives you a pleasant pleasure.
4 bedrooms, 3 with balconies with impressive panoramic views and a bedroom in the basement.
2 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate toilets.
Our house is located in a prime location on the outskirts / forest edge surrounded by meadows a quiet place
to unwind and have a holiday.
Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes walk to the center. Where you can find many good restaurants and nice bars, shops, the tourist office
a spa, playground and supermarket.
For all ages there is a swing and other small toys in our garden.
When you arrive, everything is prepared for you directly, the beds are made, tablecloths and towels, of course, we have prepared.

Golling is a beautiful place for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and really enjoying the winter.

A ski bus also shuttles you to many ski areas free of charge.
Our 10 sleds are always available to our guests free of charge.

In summer, a place for hiking, cycling and swimming. We are happy to lend you our 8 mountain bikes, of course for free.

Beautiful walking and hiking trails directly from our house. The romantic Bluntautal with its torrent and the
beautiful Gollinger waterfall is near you.
Our hiking area in Golling is excellent, we are happy to show you the most beautiful walks,
which you can start directly from our house. We can send you a hiking map in advance.
In summer, you can travel for free on all Postbus routes in Tennengau with your guest card.

For fishermen, offers a beautiful fishing area, you can reach within 10 minutes the first fish reservoir.
We are happy to organize fishing tickets.

The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away, and also the most famous places like Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming,
Radstadt are all within 30 km.

Since we are only half an hour away from Salzburg you can also the sights of Salzburg
reach well. Other excursion possibilities can be visited with a short journey time.

Also the most famous lake areas, like St. Wolfgang, the Fuschlsee or the Wallersee are within one
good half hour to reach. There are many attractive water sports available.

We also reserve tennis courts, which are only 5 minutes away from our house.

If you are tired in the late afternoon and in desperate need of relaxation, the spa Aqua Salza offers you
which is a minute away from our house, all possibilities. Warm saltwater pool, sports pool, sauna, steam baths
Solarium, massages and much more. We are happy to lend you bathrobes for a leisurely afternoon.

Golling is so central that you can experience something new every day with a short journey.

Whether you are interested in art, culture, sports or wellness health, the offer in Salzburg is very large.

Absolutely stunning views and comfortable place, walking distance from town.

Beautiful place. Lovely views to the mountains. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Very quiet. Lovely outdoor space. *note* one of the 3 bedrooms is in the basement but very cozy and comfortable. No access to a jacuzzi on site. It’s in the spa which unfortunately was closed during our stay.

Beautiful Place to Stay

Our trip started in Munich for a few days, then Innsbruck area and then over to Salzburg region for this stay. The hosts Andy and Nina are awesome and very attentive to your needs. If you need something, just ask and they are on it! Nina put together some highlights she would recommend for us in a sightseeing planner when we asked for recommendations. We had Bundt cake, apricot jam and prosecco in the fridge waiting for us as a welcoming gift. The home was very clean and has all you need if you decide to prepare meals here. We were a party of eight including my parents, two close friends and my family which includes a 20 year old and 16 year old. Plenty of room for us all. There are also bikes there to use if you want. The town is cute with a few restaurants and shops to walk to. Grocery store is close by with all you may need. The views from the back yard/patio are just gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Golling love

We just finished a 30 day visit to Europe and stayed in 4 different and excellent vrbos. Chalet jagdhaus was by far and away our favorite. The location the chalet and the chalet amenities were fantastic. We did not have a vehicle, but the train was just a short walk, hiking in the area was terrific, and having the bikes made it even more enjoyable. And to top it off the sauna was a nice bonus. Andy and Nina were fantastic hosts, and were always available. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it

Beautiful Setting and Awesome Hosts!

This is a beautiful and peaceful home in a gem of a town! Andy and Nina were incredible hosts - super responsive, helpful and generous. It was a great place to hub from in exploring the region around Salzburg, and we loved coming home to enjoy the rear terrace as a family. Our only regret was not staying here longer, and we would love to come back!

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick

Wir waren über Silvester, bei Nina und Andy mit Familie und Freunde. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 3 Hunde. Es war sehr gemütlich im Haus und nicht zu voll. Die separate Toilette, von den Duschen war perfekt. Die Betten waren super bequem und der Ausblick ein Traum! Der Kamin rundet das gemütliche Ambiente ab. Die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist super. Unsere Ausflugsziele waren super schnell zu erreichen und auch in Golling gibt es tolle Spazierwege zb. Bluntautal. Nina stand uns rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung, mit dieversen Anliegen wie Ausflugszielen, ergänzende Küchenutensilien, wie Waffeleisen für den spontanen Waffelnachmittag und erster Hilfe nach einem Skiunfall. Der Empfang war sehr familiär und Detailverliebt, mit wunderschönen selbstgebackenen Plätzchen, warmen Kamin und Kerzen in jeder Ecke. Wir würden immer wieder buchen, vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit aus dem Ruhrgebiet!

Wunderschönes altes Haus in Top Lage!

Es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub! Total nette und sehr bemühte Gastgeberin. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern ist man in ein paar Minuten im Ort mit schönen Geschäften und Restaurant. Man kann dabei einen Weg nehmen - vorbei an einem kleinen See und den Vier-Jahreszeiten-Weg, was unserem 4-jährigen Sohn sehr gut gefallen hat (dem sein Rad hatten wir aber dabei). Aussicht von der Terasse - ein Traum!

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans la belle ville de Mozart.

Propriétaires, Nina et Andy, absolument adorables qui vous conseillent sur les activités à faire et lieux à visiter. Belle maison tres confortable, cozy, avec une décoration bien soignée et idéalement située tout près du centre ville mais aussi vers des étapes de nature très nombreuses autour de Salzbourg.

Villa Flori in Salzburg , August 2019

We had originally booked the chalet Jagdhaus in Golling, but a week before the stay there was a family emergency that resulted in the chalet not being available to us. Nina explained the situation in details and provided us an alternate accommodation very close to the town center of Salzburg. In fact the location proved very convenient to us to visit several places on our itinerary. Though the villa needed some work, Nina and Andy made sure our family would be as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to help with our laundry, picking up and dropping off laundry loads daily. Over and above they provided us complimentary rickshaw tours of the old town. Nina and Andy are very gracious hosts and I truly commend their passion towards caring for their guests. I only hope the next time we get a chance to stay at the chalet and experience more of their hospitality.

Der Aufenthalt war unvergesslich, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit schönstem Bergblick aus fast allen Zimmern! Getoppt wurde das ganze nur noch von den überaus sympathischen Gastgebern. Nicht nur das man mit hausgemachtem Gugelhupf und Marillenmarmelade, sowie Prosecco begrüßt wird...Nina und Andy stehen immer hilfreich zur Seite und haben tolle Ausflugsempfehlungen. Mein Favorit war das Bluntautal mit dem atemberaubenden Bluntausee. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, diesmal mit der ganzen Familie und für mindestens eine Woche. Klare Urlaubsempfehlung, zu jeder Jahreszeit charmant!

Ein großartiges Ferienhaus im Salzburger Land mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf die Berge

Dieses moderne Ferienhaus im Jagdhausstil liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral in Golling im wunderschönen Salzburger Land. Mit dem Auto oder Zug ist man schnell in Salzburg. Das Haus hat zwei große Balkone und einen Garten mit Terasse, von wo man eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge hat. Nina und Andy, die beiden Vermieter, sind superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen von Österreich mit Nähe zur großartigen Kulturstadt Salzburg sucht, ist hier richtig!
