"Yes during recent visit to India only JW Marriott, Goa and Sterling Rampath were very good. Whether it was rooms, rest rooms, staff services, cleanliness, providing breakfast, restaurants service everything was great. Deffinatly would like to stay there again and would like to recommend to my friends these hotels. "
"I booked two rooms in this hotel. Rooms were smelling very strong room fresher odor; I started getting headache. Parents were not happy with this hotel either.
This hotel is in the back side of Rama Janmabhoomi temple which is more than 700 feet away from the main entrance; false advertisement.
Bathrooms were dirty, very tiny wash basin or sink, standing water in the shower.
Blankets and linens were old and need to be replaced.
On the positive side, staff was courteous, they helped to take the luggage up one level.
Staff provided Poha early as per our request since we checked out before the normal breakfast time."
"Bad experience, room too small with zero toiletries, hard to find every time had to explain to local commutes for proper location. No proper breakfast buffet. For jain meal very less options. And even after the third time ask it was delivered. If this breakfast was charged 750 rs per person by hotels.com, I would say this was my last booking with hotels.com.
The stay experience was not satisfactory. Wrong decision that I made to stay + including breakfast option. If there would be an option of refund I would say to refund at least breakfast charges. Te kettle, glasses provided all were dirty. Toilet was stinky with stains in the pot. "
