「Clean room and hotel.」

「This place is not clean. The AC's have not been taken care of at all. Danielle was not helpful and was not honest. The room I was in had an AC just whining and it was annoying and difficult to sleep. The place has not been kept up. The lobby looks great though, with all its awards and they keep that part clean.」

「Great place to stay.」

「Very comfortable and clean」

「The room carpet was dirty looks like no vacuum!」

「Very well managed」

「Absolutely loved this place and only wish we had more time. Came in late Saturday and had to leave early Sunday morning. Kitschy, artistic and well maintained. Wanted to learn everything about the whole place. Next time we’ll eat at the fabulous farm to table restaurant」

「Woke up with bug bites allover and found the culprit.. bed bugs! Even caught the bug and gave to front desk attendant when i checked out at 5am (bc i wasnt staying a minute longer there). Manager didnt call me until nearly 3pm- even though I was told a manager would call me at 9am when they came on duty. Expedia customer service was fabulous at helping get resolution since management wasnt handling their customer appropriately. Manager said they got the room treated that day and acted as though...

「Very nice!! Breakfast was great and the inside scenery was beautiful. The room was a good size and equipped with everything we needed. We will defiantly be returning for another visit!!!」

「Great!!!」
