「If you enjoy sitting on your bed 24/7, this place is for you.This “room” was actually part of a condo on the first floor — tucked awkwardly between the back door and the patio, with nothing separating it from the upstairs except a staircase. And when I say room, I mean just that — this is the only space you have access to.There’s no real sitting area unless you count a single stool, so your only seating option is… the bed. Storage? Nonexistent. My suitcase had to live under the bed like a troll...

「First off, the pictures is EXACTLY the same as in person!! When I say me and my siblings ABSOLUTELY LOVEDDD this condo!!! OMG!! It was EXTREMELY clean, EXTREMELY comfortable! VERY LUXURY! We felt EXTREMELY safe! Everything is coded all around the building! We have no complaints!! The host was AMAZING! Any questions I had were answered! & he were very easy to get in contact with! Thank you guys so much! 」

「We had a wonderful visit for our football weekend! Great river views from the balcony and easy access to Broadway. We also spent a lot of time exploring the nearby Germantown neighborhood. 」

「The host and home were absolutely wonderful! Clean and full of beautiful sights! There was a train track by the building which was cool to watch, and the city lights provided for a beautiful view! They even had yoga nidra noise makers for lite sleepers like myself! I slept like a baby! Very wonderful and peaceful location!!! I thanked the host by text! Wonderful stay!!!」

「Wonderful stay at the condo. Janine was very helpful and made our stay very stress free. Bed was very comfortable, and it was fun sitting and watching the barges going up and down the river as we had our morning coffee. Parking was easy - nice to be under covered parking as it rained a good bit while we were in Nashville. Easy to get to everywhere we were going - close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.」
