"Our second time staying at this property staff was mixed, some great some not quite knowledgeable but willing to help. Breakfast is a great amenity, the eggs would be better if they weren't powdered eggs. Staff in that area very attentive and cleaned well. Housekeeping staff left too much room for improvement. Door was left open, room not cleaned until late afternoon, bathroom not always refreshed with proper towels/mat. Will stay here again due to its great location and ease. Cannot comment on the afternoon activity since we were out and about every day."

"We utilitzed valet and were able to check in right away. The reservationist let us choose what floor we wanted to stay on. We were able to enjoy a handicap suite with a large open bathroom. The room was modern, clean and offered great amenities. Climbing into the bed after a long evening of being on my feet after a concert and smelling the clean sheets was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to someone staying in the city for any reason. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant downstairs for convenience. "
