The perfect getaway!

This house is in a beautiful, peaceful location with a gorgeous view of the lake. It is extremely well appointed with everything you need for a fun, relaxing vacation. The owner was accessible and accommodating and gave us great information for our stay. We would definitely rent this house again, it was perfect.

Beautiful, fun and welcoming.

The property is in a beautiful location on the water surrounded by gorgeous scenery. It was so much fun to swim, kayak and enjoy the outdoors. When it rained, staying inside was even more enjoyable playing pool, ping pong, board games, and watching DVDs. The owner went out of their way to equip the house with everything you might need and more. Great attention to detail made for a positive experience. We enjoyed many family dinners, s’mores by the fire pit, and watching the sunsets over the water. We highly recommend it and hope to come back again.

Perfect Quarantine Vacation

The house is clean, beautiful and cozy. My family had a wonderful time fishing, kayaking, relaxing in the hot tub and just waking up to the view. Laura is amazing and she thinks of everything. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

Although the recent rains had the dock flooded, it did not dampen our enjoyment of our short vacation at this wonderful property! It was exactly what we needed, and our family spent our time playing ping-pong, pool & darts, sitting in the hot tub, and enjoying the sauna. We played board games and just enjoyed the fantastic view. There were a couple of minor things, but Laura was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. We highly recommend this place, and would love to come again in the future!!

Great month on the lake!

We spent the month of October at Scenic Point relaxing with family, boating, fishing, and enjoying the local attractions. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Plenty of entertainment for the entire family (games, puzzles, TV, Internet, etc.), great outdoor spaces, hot tub, sauna, and great fishing off the dock and nearby the house if you have a boat. The owner was great! Easy check-in and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable lake vacation!

Beautiful views and relaxing stay!

We had a great stay at Scenic Point! The views were breathtaking and the fishing was fun. Caught fish everyday from the dock! There were many ping pong matches and rides in the kayaks. This was our first trip to SML and will not be our last. A wonderful home and gracious host! Definitely recommend visiting Scenic point to make great memories!

Amazing! Much needed R&R. Millers Schuylkill Haven, PA

We stayed at Scenic Point .at the end of August. It was such a beautiful location and tranquil setting. Every morning we sat in the chairs watching the light start to shine on the lake all the while watching all of the fish jumping...Ridiculous amount of fish! Read that SML is rated #19 out of 100 best Bass Lakes in the country by Bass Masters. The deer came by everyday to say hi. The house was very warm and inviting. We took advantage of the linen service and had the beds made up for our arrival which was very nice and appreciated. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. We rented a boat 2 days from Bridgewater marina and went from one end of the lake all the way to the other end. The host Laura is awesome to work with and I feel like I have a new friend! We will most definitely rent again!

We stayed at Scenic Point 7/2022. The house is great, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper level(one bath has a sauna). The lower level has the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, half bath and a room off the back with lots of glass and all the views. There is a pool table just of the kitchen. There is a detached garage that is used a game room with ping pong, cornhole, air hockey, darts and foosball. There is a large hot tub on the rear deck overlooking the water, we used that every single day. They have a gas grill on the deck and 2 outdoor fire areas. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is small but well stocked. There is plenty of room to feed 8 or more and we did many evenings. Everything in the house worked as it should. The boat dock is one level and very roomy. The steps down to it are somewhat of a hike but nobody complained. We had a copperhead snake on the front steps after dark one evening so definitely use the flood lights. There is no working electricity at the dock but it does have solar lighting. We would absolutely book this place again.

Yates week at the lake

We really liked the house and location on the Lake. We definitely stay here again. This house has it all for a Family to play and connect with each other. The game room is awesome! It was nice to relax in the Hot Tube in the evenings after a fun day on the Lake

The whole process was very easy. Laura was easy to communicate with. The house was everything it advertised. Beautiful location and not far from anything we needed. Rented jet skis and had a lot of fun. Would stay here again!

Great weekend stay

Our family stayed at the house for a few days during our oldest son's graduation from a nearby college. Six of us total, and we had a great time. So many games and movies to enjoy, and the sauna and the hot tub were great to relax after a long day. Beautiful scenic view overlooking the lake. And, GREAT communication with the property owner...Laura was awesome to work with before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend to others!
