"The drapes covered the ac so the room had no air movement about 82 degrees. Called for a fan she called maintenance. So I took 2 hangers with clips and raised the drapes above the ac vent. Very good ac then. Worked great."

"Mostly quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Shower could have been cleaned prior. Night clerk was very attentive and helpful. Price was reasonable."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location - owner was very awesome giving us a list of local places to eat, had stocked the fridge with water for us and stopped by to see if we needed anything more- property was clean, bed was soft and location worked well for us - absolutely a great place to stay "

"The house was wonderful. Very clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and easy to use. The owner was very responsive with to our questions as well. The house is close to the spring training games in Goodyear, with access to lots of golfing as well. Really enjoyed our stay! "
