“My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇”

“The house is very cute. The neighborhood is charming. It’s a spacious house with nice amenities. The beds were so comfy. If you have a big group and you plan on cooking, there are only 4 plates and 4 bowls so plan accordingly. The listing says it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and that you can walk to shopping, and while you probably could walk you won’t want to. There aren’t sidewalks or safe places to cross. Really a great house overall!”

“This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children.”

“Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. ”

“Good place to stay”

“Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions ”

“Our stay was perfect. Kizer and Daisy enjoyed the yard to run free in. That made it much easier for us. The location is ideal for Rockport area. Easy to get to your destinations with ease. Highly Recommend this place as a quiet relaxing stay.”

“We loved this cute house. It was spotless, and had a bright, cheerful beach theme decor. The bed was super comfortable in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had two cute single beds. There were plenty of towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent. Kitchen was well stocked with cute dishes, and glasses. Each shower had shampoo, and body wash. The backyard was cute. The back part of the fence is not a privacy fence. The neighbors dogs initially barked when we went outside in the……

“Overall everything was very good. The host was very informative and quick to respond. The room was small but very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy! The beach was a little bit further then walking distance but still close. ”

“Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have……
