The hotel was clean and neat and quiet. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It's not a fancy place to stay, but it perfectly fit what we were looking for. Convenient location in town and near the attractions in the white mountains.

We booked a king; however at checkin the person who checked us in mentioned that was along the outer side highway. We opted to stay in a double queen. Appreciated her telling us. The restaurant next door was very good.

Decent. Clean enough. Had a bit of a dog-on-the-carpet type of odor but I bring my essential oil mister with me everywhere and it took care of it. Otherwise, simple and the staff were great.

Enjoyable stay, appreciated the sound proofing because even with the noise outside we didn’t really hear it inside. The room was as small but nice and clean. The grounds were well maintained and the pool being open in mid-September was a very nice surprise. Beautiful surroundings, would stay again!

Clean rooms, awesome staff (Cassandra at check in was so welcoming and helpful!). They have a hot tub and a pool outdoors that you can use as well as barbecue grills, cornhole, and picnic tables. It’s also conveniently located right next-door to a restaurant that had delicious food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so cozy, comfortable, and the perfect size for us. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for our trip since we came specifically to enjoy the ATV trails, and having them so close was a huge plus. After a full day of riding, relaxing in the hot tub was amazing! Communication and service were excellent from start to finish. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
