Charming house in a beautiful town

The house is very comfortable and is ideally situated in the center of Goslar. Easily accessible by train. There is plenty to do in the direct surroundings of the house (we did everything on foot).

Wohnung schön gelegen in der Altstadt mit hervorragende Ausstattung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Haus ist nicht für Gelenkgeschädigte geeignet.

Kurzurlaub Wandern und Stadt Goslar

Wir haben uns einen Kurzurlaub lang - von Mittwoch bis Sonntag - im Heerwinkel 4 äußerst wohl gefühlt.Ein wirkliches Schmuckstück eines alten Fachwerkgebäudes in dem kein Winkel ein rechter ist, auf hohem Niveau modern ausgebaut und dabei den Charakter des alten Fachwerkbaus erhalten.Eine tolle Küchenausstattung, Betten in denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben, eine auffallend geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung von den Möbeln bis zur Technik für Musik und Filme.Alles sehr erfreulich und sympathisch zusammengestellt und eingerichtet.Die kaum übertreffbare Lage darf natürlich nicht unerwähnt bleiben und der angenehme Kontakt bei schneller Reaktionszeit - alles zusammen war für uns nichts anderes als ein Glücksfall.Vielen Dank

Ein echtes Highlight in Goslar

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus direkt am Fuße der Kaiserpfalz in Goslar. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass man in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit seinen historischen Elementen ein ganz besonderes Flair. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.Besonders angenehm war, dass wir das Haus komplett für uns alleine hatten und somit unsere Zeit in völliger Privatsphäre genießen konnten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Betten.Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war reibungslos und freundlich, obwohl wir den Vermieter während unseres Aufenthalts nicht persönlich getroffen haben. Das hat dem Erlebnis aber keinen Abbruch getan – im Gegenteil: Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum wohlfühlen

Excellent property

My wife and I stayed 9 nights. The property is accurately portrayed in the listing. It is in a quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the center. The kitchen is small, making cooking a bit challenging, but it is very well equipped. We appreciated the quality cookware and the plentiful dishes and cutlery. The combination washer dryer was very useful. The bedding was comfortable and high quality. The stairs were the only negative, especially the steep stairs to the upper living area. Easy check in and communication with the owner.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter! Einen allgemeinen Hinweis haben wir: Es gibt baulich bedingt eine steile Treppe zum Wohnzimmer. Da ist Trittsicherheit und Vorsicht geboten.

Im Herzen Goslars

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Goslar sehr genossen. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Kaiserpfalz und damit auch in Fußdistanz zur reizvollen Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ließ hinsichtlich der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Dieses Kleinod am Fuße der Kaiserpfalz hat alles, was man braucht für ein paar Tage Goslar. Es passte alles für uns als Familie. Achtung! Freitags 10-13 Uhr auf das Halte-/Parkverbot in der Nachbarschaft achten. 😉

Simply cool!

It was truly impressive to stay in such a special house, located next to the river and the Imperial Palace of Goslar! The property is equipped with everything needed to feel at home. Important note: the numerous steps require a lot of caution!

In dem schönen Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Goslar haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden , was man benötigt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Objekt verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Bäcker für die Frühstücksbrötchen ist auch in Laufweite. Goslar ist eine sehr schöne Stadt und dieses Objekt perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Altstadtcharme trifft moderne Ausstattung

Das charmante denkmalgeschützt Fachwerkhaus ist behutsam und mit viel Gespür für die historische Substanz des Objekts restauriert worden. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Kultur- oder Wandertrip.
