"We arrived early afternoon after receiving a note from the host that we could check in early, without us even asking (though we did plan to, but he beat us to it!). The house felt so cozy upon our arrival, it was the right temperature and felt so inviting and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every tool/utensil one could need (nothing like a fancy chef kitchen, but fancier than my kitchen and better stocked!) "The house was just the right size for us and our pets. Plenty of property to exercise the dogs. The interior and furniture were up to date & the master bed was comfortable. The washer & dryer was a great bonus. The place could have a little more space for personal belongings & a pantry for dry food but overall everything was well stocked (dishes, pots, pans, utensils) and everything was in excellent condition & working order. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"This house is an awesome place to stay while in Seney. The house is very clean, is well stocked with linens and the beds are all very comfortable. The host is very accommodating, because we were suppost to be on a snowmobile trip and there was no snow, he alllowed us to modify our stay."

"The cottage was perfect for a quick visit. Upon arrival, the place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Internet speed was excellent. Loved the fire pit by the lake! Unfortunately did not have time to fish. Location is perfect to access several UP attractions. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our time at Indian Point and loved the cottage. The fire place is a work of art and we had a fire every night. The pictures on VRBO do not due this home justice. It is beautiful! All appliances work very well. Beds comfortable. Low temps did not allow us to bike ride. But next time we stay (in warmer weather) we will. The people of Beaver Island are very friendly and helpful. Grocery store provided everything we needed as did the restaurants in town. Highly recommend this cottage!"

There were a few minor things that could use repaired the bathroom door as other reviews have mentioned the sliding screen door and there was no light in the refrigerator but overall things were very very good and Sue was a great hostess we would definitely recommend this place to our friends."
