- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note the property must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit, as all guests are required to be registered.

- This home is under Big Bass Lake community. Guest registration upon check-in is required. We will send more details about this requirement after the reservation is confirmed.
- Failure to submit registration information at least three days before arrival will result in a $50 community fine.
- A $15 fee applies to each change, plus any additional charges. Please submit all updates at least three business days before arrival to avoid penalties.
- Persons not listed on the above List of Authorized Guests/Renters/Visitors will be Denied Entry.
- Amenity use passes are priced as follows and are available for purchase at the Clubhouse, or the Association Office.(age seven (7) and above):
o Daily pass: weekday $8
o Weekend or holiday $10 (per day/per person)
o Week pass (non-holiday) $30
o Holiday week $50 (per week/per person)

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. However, smoking is allowed outside the home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
