「 Room service and staff support were extremely poor. I forgot my watch in the room after checkout and contacted the hotel immediately. Despite multiple calls, the staff either said they would call back (which never happened) or disconnected the call once I explained the issue. There was no clear response, no follow-up, and no effort to help recover a guest’s lost item. Very unprofessional handling and disappointing experience overall.」

「A decent place to stay, quiet and nicely located. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, the staff are disorganised and do not respect standard boundaries and confidentiality. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel for the rooms we had booked. They did not provide a receipt or any record of that payment, and then chased us after check-out for the exact same payment. They contacted our family members (who stayed in the hotel as well) regarding our payments, and continued to contact them...

「Room was dirty, bathroom had mold and was very dirty bedding was also not clean. We booked a suite to sleep four two of the beds were very dirty bed mats with stains on them. Paint peeling, this property is nothing like the description or pictures posted online. The property also has many mosquitoes. The property is just a run down place that needs to be renovated and modernized. It is also located in an undesirable part of town」

「Room was too dirty, bedsheet was torn, bathroom having sewer like smell, complain to hotel management but nothing happen, not willing to change the room at first day and in second day they did change the room but provided room does not having running hot water. For bath they provided me another room after the guest checked out.」
