"This was a lovely place that felt like a trip back in time to the 90s - you’ll get it if you stay here! The place is very clean, conveniently located right next to the 101, and yes, you can walk to the beach! The nearest beach-access point is a bit sketchy as part of the stairs to get down there have weathered away, but there is an easier access point one street north that’s doesn’t have any stairs - it’s just a ramp down to the ocean. We saw a family of seals swimming around where the river meets the sea every time we went down there. Communication was excellent and it’s such a cute little place. Highly recommend!"

"The ocean front location and view are excellent. Access to the beach is just a 2 minute walk down a path from the backyard of the house. The inside common areas of the house and back deck are perfect for relaxing, grilling, and watching the ocean. Hot tub is in a great place for star gazing and right on the back deck. The house is clean, quiet and cozy with a lot of windows looking right out on the ocean. Great place to go anytime of year!"
