The staff was great, however…the room was dirty, there were spiders right when i entered, the sheets had stains on them, I booked this room just for the hot tub and pool when i arrived it was under construction for my whole stay, the doors stated they were locked so no one could enter without a key ...

No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent.
