「Front desk staff very friendly. Hotel under remodel and just dirty. Inside elevator they had left dirty handprints all over the elevator buttons this should have been cleaned up by the contractors at the end of the day and wasn’t.in the room the carpet by the ac was all wet so we asked to change rooms. They were very helpful and moved us to another room. This room the carpet was all wet too. Began to be concerned about mold if this has been happening. The ac in the second room didn’t work...

「Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and I warn everyone to stay away from this hotel! The first thing I noticed was the cloth banner that said Baymont that was covering an old Motel 6 sign which should have warned me to cancel my reservation but I was tired and wanted to sleep so I ignored that. Next was the god awful smell of mold that greeted me the moment I stepped in and the obviously run down reception area that was stripped away. No furniture, no decor, nothing. Nowhere on...
