We enjoyed our stay. We brought our own supply of fresh water and there is not a connected bathroom but there is a clean outhouse a few steps away from the cabin. There are trails around the property but we didnt get a chance to explore. We would definitely go back!"

"Great place. Kids loved it. Hiked up the road a bit from the house to a couple of caverns and up the hill above them. Went to the gorge underground. Was a really nice stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s a great location. "

"I went completely out of my comfort zone and took a solo vacation with my dogs for the holiday. This cabin was absolutely perfect for a quiet, secluded, and relaxing getaway! I really enjoyed the beautiful backyard view and the hot tub. The dogs loved all of the space to run around in the front/side yard and explore the woods. I did keep them on leash at all times when down in the lower backyard area just to be safe because it is a bit scary for animals/young children if they get close to the edge but that’s an easy supervision fix. You are a 20-30 min drive to every big hiking area so it was a perfect drive each day to try out different trails. The cabin does have a slight pet odor to it, but it’s not bothersome if you are visiting with pets and the cabin was very clean overall. I hope to return again soon! Thank you for making it such a memorable Christmas trip! "
