Um excelente hotel bem localizado no centro de gramado. Limpeza ok. O único problema é que a cama que nos oferecerem não foi no padrão do hotel, dormimos mal, colhão horrível. Obs: os atendentes são anti_práticos. Parecem que trabalham infelizes... Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento ao cliente. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Dessa vez não foi muito boa não. Fiz reserva com muita antecedência e meu único pedido foi um apto em andar mais alto. Cheguei na terça feira e hotel estava vazio e mesmo assim nos colocaram em um apto no primeiro andar de frente ao apoio das camareiras e com 2 aptos um de frente e outro de lado do meu em obras. Inadimissivel uma situação assim. Outro detalhe , a reserva já estava paga.o hotel em si é muito bom , tem ótima localização, um dos motivos que me hospedo lá. e o café da manhã também é muito bom. A limpeza do apto poderia melhorar caíram pingos do desodorante do meu marido que ficaram os 4 dias que ficamos . Não sei se me hospedo de novo nesse hotel
