「Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde.」

「What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend 」

「It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services 」

「Room was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Housekeeping arrived daily. The only gripe is that the food, options were very limited. The À la carte restaurant was poor and very overpriced. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and tea quality was poor. Not much to do around the hotel, we were lucky we had a hire car and explored the island. The place was quiet, the pool was clean and one was heated. 」

「Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Slechte kamers die dringend gerenoveerd moeten worden, barsten in de muur, kierende, rottende deuren, geen afzuiging op badkamer, felle ledverlichting; looppaden en tuinen idem; overal ongezellig fel wit led verlichting; personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam; ontbijt en buffetten zeer uitgebreid en smaakvol; animatie was prima.」

「Piscina riscaldata (coperta), cibo insomma, biliardo, giochi, campi per poter giocare (bocce, tennis, basket). Peccato in questi giorni (fine gennaio) c’erano lavori in corso intorno alla piscina, una parte era interdetta e l’odore della vernice durante i pasti (il ristorante è proprio lì) rendeva l’aria irrespirabile per mangiare all’aperto. Parti esterne curate, camere essenziali ma spaziose, tanti gatti per il villaggio (molto piaciuti ai bambini). Posizione strategica per le spiagge del sud 」

「Not our best holiday by far, can’t put my finger on it But everyone & everything was hard work, felt constantly you were doing something wrong.. The bookings all had to be done on app, for breakfast / lunch / dinner had to be placed night before & if you want to change it omg, it was like I asked them to redecorate!!! You were left standing waiting for table for at least ten minutes , when the place was half empty..( I know they were under staffed ) but I have cancer & a walking stick , which...

「Nice and cosy place 」

「Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Suite hatte einen mega Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Die Terrasse war so groß wie unser Zimmer. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Abend gab es etwas anderes. Fisch und Fleisch wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Der Parkplatz war zudem kostenfrei und groß genug. 」

「Clean Room. Allocated room of choice as have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff always nice and accommodating. Entertainment good and hotel is well positioned in regards to beach, shopping centre and local transport.」

「Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und man fühlt sich schnell zuhause. Der Pool ist großartig und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das Gym bietet ebenfalls alles, was man braucht.」
