「They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience 」

「We faced some challenges for what could have been a lovely stay in this well-located hotel in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the main plaza. We booked the largest suite which is a loft, with two large king sized beds on two levels. We were a group of 3 adults, 2 of whom are over six feet tall. 「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
