Tuvimos un problema con aire acondicionado cuando llegamos en la noche, llamamos a recepción y nos atendieron de inmediato e incluso nos dieron la opción de mudarnos de cuarto por la hora que era, lo cual aceptamos y nos mudaron de cuarto en 10min. El personal del Hotel, bien atento a cada detalle. Si volviera a Granada no dudaría de escoger nuevamente este hotel. "
