The house features two bathrooms, each with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. A cozy living room includes 2 twin size cots offering extra space to relax or accommodate more guests. Features a fully stocked laundry room with iron and ironqing board that doubles as a saferoom for our Texas storms. With excellent heating and cooling, comfort is always within reach. This awesome home invites you to enjoy a marvelous stay where every detail is designed with guests in mind. Gated back entrance to property offers ample room for your boat or watercraft. Wooded backyard offers relaxation by the firepit, a gas grill, family games and bird watching. Just 5 minutes from historic Granbury, you'll find lots of great restaurants, bars, a winery, boutiques, specialty shops and don't forget the beautiful historic courthouse on the Square. Granbury also offers free boat ramps close to home in many locations.

Maggie’s place was a great place to stay! Convenient to the lake, but not priced like lakefront properties. The house is nicely decorated and has some special amenities that we appreciated, like the s’mores basket, toothbrushes, and dog treats. We will definitely be back!
