Modern pet friendly loft with full amenities

Loft on Bluff is a haven of tranquil comfort and convenience, featuring a fully updated one bedroom oasis. Relax in the extra-deep couch with your favorite book or show; then drift off to sleep on its sumptuous mattress - all just moments away from Granbury Square's wealth of dining, live music, art galleries, boutiques and more! For remote medical workers, we are also less than a mile from Lake Granbury Hospital!



Loft on Bluff by Skyview Vacations is a pet-friendly, super comfortable completely renovated loft with a full living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You will find a comfortable queen mattress and even a shower with double shower heads! We offer a place to stay on a month to month basis right near the heart of the action in town. We are positioned about 20 steps from Pam’s breakfast restaurant and only a few blocks to all of the restaurants, shopping and music to enjoy on the Historic Granbury Square. It’s the perfect monthly rental in a quiet, safe neighborhood.



We have ensured that any need you may have has been provided, from towels, a fully stocked kitchen, charging station, sound machine and a starter pack of shampoo, soap, coffee, sweetener, etc. Not to mention FAST internet. We also have a charger for electric vehicles. Come settle in and enjoy our loft as your home-away-from-home.




The loft has a private staircase leading to the home, and two shaded parking spots are directly next to the staircase.



Laundry

The laundry room is directly to the right of the front entryway staircase. The Unit will be locked so your belongings are kept safe. The unit is occasionally shared with our cleaners when they are turning the other units on the property; never shared with other guests.



Utility Costs

Utility costs, up to $200, are included in your monthly stay. Any overages will be invoiced to the guest within 120 days of your check out date.



Vacation Rental Reminder

Kindly keep in mind that we are not a hotel and that our accommodations are offered as vacation rentals, so we’ll provide some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels and trash bags to get you started, however these items are not replenished during your stay. Should you require additional quantities of these items, you can find them (and much more) available at any store nearby.



Pets

Our home is pet friendly and has tile/linoleum floors throughout. One dog is welcome on the property. Include your pup in your guest reservation count and you will automatically be charged the non-refundable pet fee. Absolutely no cats, birds or any other animals in the property. Failure to add the pet fee, bring more than 1 dogs, or any other violation of the pet policy will result in a $500 fee.



Monthly Cleanings

For guests staying over 30 days, a monthly cleaning for the property is both included in the price and mandatory for this reservation. We will work with each guest on a cleaning schedule that works best for them.
