Get ready to relax in this enchanting and rare 1-bedroom condo in Granby, Colorado. With a cozy king bed, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely living room with a queen murphy bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like Wi-Fi, heating, pool, hot tubs, sauna, and a fitness room during your stay. Close to world class skiing, on the free shuttle bus route to Winter Park, great hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, and lots of year round activities in Grand County. Some of our favorite local things to do: Skiing and Snowboarding - Ski Granby Ranch, Winter Park, Steamboat, Summit County (Arapaho Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and Vail). Hiking and wildlife viewing at Rocky Mountain National Park. Mountain golf at Granby Ranch, Grand Elk and Pole Creek. Food Scene - City Market (Kroger) across the street and local restaurants including: Brickhouse 40, Granby Garage, Grand Azteca, Grand Elk Grille, Granby Ranch Lodge (in ski season), Lina’s Pizza, Maverick Grille, Never Summer Brewing, Winter Park Winery. Also water sports on Grand Lake an whitewater rafting on the Colorado River fed by Lake Granby, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, rodeo, train museum and more.

This condo was just as it said in the listing. Charming and cozy, and very convenient for both the ski hill and the town. We had a great time! Everything was so clean! The bathrooms could use an update, but they were so clean!

This is truly the best kept secret in Granby. Not only is it a great value, it is an extremely well equipped rental. We recently spent 2 full weeks here & it definitely felt like home! The owners have thought of every single thing you could need. There is plenty of seating, all of the baby/childcare items you need & 2 full bathrooms! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and we were able to cook a lot of meals here. There’s also a gas grill in the complex, so we grilled out a few times also. There is a swimming pool, several hot tubs, and a fire pit. Inside the condo, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It has a mattress topper that made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. The condo itself is laid out perfectly. We would sit out on the patio in the morning and have coffee, and happy hour in the afternoon. The place was quiet and the temperature was comfortable. This place is also close to the exit, ice machine & washer/dryer, so you didn’t have to lug your stuff all over the place. The host was kind & checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely book this little gem again.
