    Surrounded by miles of hiking and biking trails, powdery slopes, and the spectacular Rocky Mountains, this modern condo is the ultimate getaway for avid anglers and adventurous families and friends looking to get a taste of life in the mountains. This cozy condo boasts a stylish interior, modern upgrades, a private balcony, and community access to a pool, hot tub, and so much more!

    Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

    WINTER ACTIVITIES ski and snowboard on family-friendly slopes, test out the terrain park, cross-country ski through beautiful back country trails, or test your courage at night skiing and tubing.

    SUMMER ACTIVITIES
    Play 18 at one of Colorado's top mountain golf courses, bike along paths or explore miles of hiking. Visit the outdoor pool (fee for adults and children over 8) or test out the waters white-water rafting.

    GUEST ACCESS
    You'll be able to access the space day or night via keyless entry lock. You'll have the condo to yourself with everything included to enjoy your stay! We will be accessible if you should have any questions or issues!

    Access to community amenities (hot tub, pool, gym) is available for $10/day per person is paid to Ranch Hall upon arrival. All children 8 and under are free. Pass is good for entire day.

Perfect location for mountain fun

This condo is super cute and the location can't be beat. Was able to get to Rocky Mountain National Park in 30 minutes and was about the same distance to Grand Lake. The location at the base of the mountain also led to some end of the season music and fun. The hosts were very communicative and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean beautiful unit

Spotless unit that is beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Fluffy white towels and big bathrooms. Very comfortable for 4 adults - love that red leather couch!

Great place in a great location

Base Camp One is always a great place to stay in Granby Ranch. As is expected in this area there is no air conditioning because of temperate climate. During a hot summer day it can be warm but there were plenty of fans in the place and it was very comfortable. Plenty of amenities and very comfortable beds. Great place

Great unit and great location!

This condo is a corner unit on the 2nd floor. Great views out windows and patio, lots of sun. Floor plan is very functional, with lots of space for the four of us. Super comfortable furniture and beds, cozy fireplace, and nice/fun decor. Great value, would stay again!

Beautiful stay

This location had everything we could need! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The unit had games, movies, and books we took advantage of as well! The location was amazing and has plenty of small walking trails and beautiful views, but is also plenty close to town if you want to go eat or look around. 10 out of 10 recommend and we are hoping to be back soon!!

Great vacation

Condo was lovely, clean and had the perfect amount of space for our family of four. Great location with close access to Grand Lake, Fraser, Winter Park, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great little condo!

We enjoyed this property! We stayed in the Summer months and enjoyed boating on Grand Lake which was just a short 20 minute drive. The condo was nice, the check in process was easy, and Nicole communicated clearly. The condo could use a deep clean, we notice there were rings left in the coffee mugs, and the extra linens weren’t fresh, as well as there was lots of hair intertwined in the mattress used for the trundle bed so we didn’t use it. Overall we enjoyed are stay.

Excellent accommodations

The accommodations exceeded my expectations. The condo is spacious, and comfortable. It is perfectly located and easily accessible to stores, restaurants, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. My family of five enjoyed hanging out in the condo as well as going out hiking and swimming. The pool was easily accessible and safe. We had a fabulous time. I loved the condo and recommend it without hesitation.
