Fantastic Views and Great Location

We stayed at this house when traveling with our family of 11. The view from the back deck was spectacular, and the house had great amenities and upgrades.

Great location

The location of this place was awesome. Right by Grandy Ranch. There were a couple things that we had some minor issues with: not enough towels for our group, no dish towels but one, and the dishwasher basically didn't work (we ran the same dishes through twice and they still weren't clean).The host did a good job responding to messages quickly, but didn't follow through on getting us more towels or dish towels. Kind of disappointing.

Amazing quaint stay

We had a blast for my 30th birthday over New Years Eve at this McNeils and Adams property. Clean and quaint, it slept 4 couples perfectly with some extra room! The hot tub was ready to go when we arrived and the familys followed up with us promptly whenever we needed to reach out. We will definitely be booking through them again!

Winter Getaway

This was a beautiful condo with an incredible view. We found it to be a nice "home away from home." The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook so we enjoyed family dinners around the dining room table. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a fun bonus and had such a nice view of the mountains. We would stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed here on a family ski trip. We had 2 families with 4 adults & 5 kids under 12. The condo provided plenty of space for our large group to spread out. The condo is a very short & convenient drive to the ski resort, large outdoor pool & hot tub near Base Camp One. We were also able to enjoy the hot tub at the condo one evening. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Stunning views! Perfect for groups!

Eight of my closests friends and I stayed here just last weekend and it hurt our souls to leave. This property has everything we needed and more. The hot tub made for a great place to enjoy a drink under the stars every night. Every bedroom had a great view in the morning as well, which coming from Louisiana, was an awesome thing to see. There was never a lack of space or a fight over the bathroom. Thanks so much for our perfect Colorado experience!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We chose to stay in Granby Ranch due to its close location to Rocky Mountain National Park and Winter Park. The house was immaculate. You could tell that the owners really took pride in their property. It was well furnished and made our stay with 7 adults very comfortable. There were great views from the deck of the mountains and mountain biking trails. I would recommend that you make bike reservations ahead of time so that you can take advantage of the trails at Granby Ranch. Electronics were very easy to use and all appliances and grill worked perfectly. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning!

Heaven on Earth

This property is gorgeous. The owners thought of everything. It’s is modern but still a mountain home, immaculately clean, has everything you need from kitchen utensils and cookware to games and puzzles to bathroom needs. All of the beds are really comfortable. The view is unbelievable and Brandon at the management company is very pleasant, helpful and responsive. There were 4 adult couples, and all of us wanted to stay longer and come back again. More than a 5 star experience.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Views

We stayed in this home for our annual ladies weekend trip. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning! The hot tub was a bonus and the home was well supplied. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. I loved that everything was labeled (remotes, light switches etc), it was a great touch. The communication with the host was fantastic. Best I've had and I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties. The only drawback is that the bathroom counters, floors and makeup towels were not as clean as they could have been. A full 10/10 would have been given otherwise. Generally speaking, we'd stay again.

I can not say enough positive things about our stay at this location. Our experience was absolutely wonderful from booking to check out.First, the communication with the host was positive, thorough, and ongoing. The host answered questions before, during, and after our stay. They were prompt and extremely helpful. Second, the views at the house are absolutely breathtaking. There is a covered porch which we enjoyed coffee & evening treats while staring off at the Rockies! The back porch also offered a view of a variety of wildlife close-up. We saw bouncing mule deer each evening, rare birds, and even heard coyote in the distance one evening! Thirdly, our kids enjoyed the hot tub and having their own rooms. The house had access to all the necessities of a trip far from home. The owners provided towels, toiletries (even hand soaps), access to food preparation items, a grill, a washer, dryer and two coffee making appliances! My husband and I agree the owners thought of everything for families traveling far! (They even had bathrobes for the hot tub!)Finally, the access to close amenities was really fantastic. There are hiking trails on the property, a close grocery store five minutes away and access to Granby and Grand Lake. This location is wonderful base for our outdoor loving family. we did have our own car.) Not far away, these are two great towns with lots of fun activities with quaint vibes.I would highly recommend this location!!!

Great mountain retreat for family stay.

We had a great overall family experience at this rental. Excellent communication with the property management team. Also, the pictures didn't seem to do the place justice as it ended up exceeding our expectation for space and aesthetics. The only issue we ran into was the refrigerator compressor seemed to turn on periodically at night and make a loud humming noise. If you're sensitive to noise, that would be an issue. The property management replied immediately and offered solutions but thankfully it didn't end up coming on too loud the following nights and we were able to tap the fridge to get it to turn off. The hot tub was an awesome addition as well!

Perfect Getaway

Peak View Drive property

The view was spectacular! The property was easily accessible and was close to Granby as well as Fraser and Winter Park. The resort had a beautiful pool that we could use for a nominal fee. Great place that I highly recommend.

Fourth year in a row to Granby Ranch for a long weekend of skiing for our family of five and another family of four. The townhome is awesome. Very well taken care of and supplied.
