Checking in was smooth but when we got into the room, we were surprised the door was left open, there was used toilet tissue infront of the entrance and when I called the front desk to ask, he said there was a last minute clean up, the bathroom smells like mold, there was no bath towels and i have to go to front desk to ask for towels. The headboard is peeling, there was a stain on the bed sheets.. seriously, whoever does housekeeping are not doing a good job. I asked the room gets clean up the next day, however, the bathroom amenities weren’t filled.. by the time we checked out the 3rd day it was almost gone. I have been going to the front desk multiple times of the issues in our room, which i never did in other hotels that we stayed, usually when we checked in to hotels, i never had issues before. This was my first and last stay .. me and my family are not going back there again. By the way the breakfast is pretty decent and I have no complains about that.

Check-in was super simple and fast. Grab-n-go breakfast is avail 24 hrs. The free breakfast just added omelets, sausage, and pancakes from the little machine. Only downside were the condition of the headboards, the dust in the curtains, a loud mini fridge compressor and neighbors that kept on slamming the door. We always stay at holiday inn and were upset about the cons, but that grab-n-go breakfast made up for them. We’re talking cereal, yogurt, milk, coffee, pbjs, bagels, fruit, muffins.

Good afternoon, I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent stay at the Holiday Inn in Williams. Unfortunately, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, with trash found under the beds. Additionally, the headboards were damaged, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The toilet was also constantly running during my stay. Given these issues, I do not anticipate returning to this location in the future. I would appreciate any consideration for compensation regarding the experience, as this stay was significantly below the standard I've come to expect from other Holiday Inn locations.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was dirty and in poor condition. The headboards were pealing, the shower floor was stained, there werent any sheets for the pull out couch, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper available. We booked the hotel for the heated pool but it was out of order (apparently they had it listed as so on their website the previous month but had since taken it down). The 1 elevator available was pretty slow and there was no signage to point out where the stairs could be found. Overall, it was an okay, but slightly disappointing hotel stay.

Rooms are not clean we did not get daily housekeeping. Breakfast was sub par. Not many options and look mostly like they were from the day before the hotel staff was not friendly. There was one gentleman who always had his son there and his family seems like they lived there, but it was very odd as they were always there during the night, it was just a weird situation in the hotel overall I would not book again if I had better options and keep in mind they do not offer late checkouts
