“We had a wonderful family weekend at this lake house on Shadow Lake. The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and close to all the charm of Grand Lake. Our four boys had the best time paddle boarding right off the private dock, roasting marshmallows by the water, swimming, and relaxing at the beach nearby.The house was in a great spot, peaceful and scenic while still being convenient to town. “Our stay was excellent despite lack of snow for skiing. Good hiking and cross-country nearby on the rendezvous property. ”

“I came to spend time with my daughter and son-in-law who live in Granby. CO so not my first time using a rental. The first impression began with the screen door having a large gap at the bottom. We had issues getting the door code to work. The contact was easy to reach and helpful. I suggest updating the instructions. The condo cleaning company needs to be rethought. The main theme was cleanliness. The refrigerator sounding like a loud generator when running and needed to be wiped out. There……

“We had a wonderful time. The location was great and the space had a great layout. There was everything you need to cook as well. Having the patio and side yard space was also a huge bonus. ”

“Winter family ski trip. Nice home, great location. Use of the ski cage in the lodge made going back and forth a lot easier. We had some trouble with the website not having all of the correct information and codes initially but the hosts responded quickly to our texts. The virtual doorman site needs a quick update but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!”
