"Very clean house with plenty of amenities as listed. Location was on a busier street than expected but the tradeoff was the proximity to the beach. Traffic did quiet down at night and we had no problem sleeping after all of our fun summer activities. Would recommend staying here to all family and friends. Loved the porch for nighttime reading."

"Home was located in a nice neighborhood and convenient to the college 15 minutes away. Property was clean and used basically to sleep. Parking was somewhat congested so if you have more than one larger vehicle it might be an issue. This was addressed in the listing itself so I went expecting this. I would stay here again. "

"The house was beautiful and very, very clean. Small details were thought of with this property. The fire pit was a great addition. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the property. Will was a great host and very responsive to communications. We will definitely book again when we are in town next year."
